This page explains how to delete your Gym Manager account, what happens after you request it, and which data is deleted or retained.

1. How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Gym Manager app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

2. How to Delete Your Account by Email

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at gym.manager.support@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Your account is deactivated immediately and your recurring subscription is cancelled. Your data enters a 30-day grace period, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

4. What Data Will Be Deleted (after the 30-day grace period)

  • Your profile information (name, email)
  • Your workout and nutrition history
  • Your uploaded photos
  • Your payment and subscription records stored in our database

5. What Data May Be Retained

  • Encrypted infrastructure backups, retained for up to 14 days as part of standard disaster-recovery procedures, after which they are also purged
  • Records maintained separately by our payment providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Paddle) as required by their own tax and accounting obligations
